Welcome to the inaugural Welcome Week for the city of Umeå!
We will be hosting workshops on how to attract and retain international talent, as well as providing valuable insights to small- and medium-sized businesses in our region on how we can solve the talent shortage.

The event will be co-hosted by New to Sweden, SweTeach, Vän i Umeå and Kompis Sverige. As organizations working for inclusion and integration, they have delivered workshops and talks at companies such as Google, Securitas, SEB, Ericsson, Nordea, Spotify, and Vattenfall.
